Waffle Cabin

When you ski into the Main Base or Carinthia areas there is always that familiar, mouth-watering aroma coming from the little log cabin that is almost impossible to resist. Owners Ingrid Heyrman and Peter Creyf make their sugar waffles from flour, butter, eggs, milk, and a special sugar imported from Belgium. Naturally sweet and served hot. Once you try one, you’re hooked! Open daily throughout the winter.
