Mount Snow Mountain Updates

Saturday, November 22, 3:45 p.m. update:

Thank you to everyone who came out for opening day! For Sunday, Bluebird Express and Discovery Shuttle are scheduled from 9:00 to 4:00 to bring you to freshly groomed Cascade, Canyon, High Traverse, and Launch Pad, and we'll have a hike park with 5 features on Grommet. Our team is working hard on Lodge and Lower Exhibition to open for Sunday.

Sunday's forecast is calling for mostly cloudy skies with a high of 27 degrees at the summit and 35 degrees at the base, with W 15-25 mph winds, and a chance for some afternoon precipitation.

Expect early season conditions, and please ski and ride with caution. Uphill travel remains closed for early season.

Snowmaking will resume tonight on the summit, Long John, and The Gulch. This coming week's temps aren't ideal for snowmaking, but as soon as they dip again, our snowmakers will be back at it.

Lifts are scheduled daily 9:00 to 4:00 through Friday, November 28, and then on 11/29 our regular 8:00 weekend/9:00 midweek schedule will begin. As always, lift operations are weather dependent.

Traveling through Wilmington on your way to the mountain? Plan ahead, construction on the bridge may impact traffic.
