While the Mount Snow Valley is well known for its winter activities, the area also comes alive when the Green Mountains are green. Be adventurous on a hike through the National Forest, go downhill mountain biking at Mount Snow or enjoy true mountain golf at one of the area’s scenic golf courses. With a number of lakes and ponds nearby, watersports and fishing are favorite activities of guests and locals alike.
Mount Snow Bike Park
Since we opened our lifts to mountain biking 31 years ago, Mount Snow has been putting smiles on dirt covered faces every summer. Our terrain and trail system is rooted deep in the heritage of Downhill Mountain biking with the resort hosting dozens of major events including, most recently, the USA Cycling National Championships.
In the past few years we have been progressively integrating features like berms, ladders, manmade surfaces, and dirt jumps into Mount Snow's trail system; staying ahead of what has become expected of the new age bike park. Mount Snow is home to Trail 7, an introductory downhill trail that runs from the top of the Bike Park. Anyone that is already comfortable on a bicycle now has the opportunity to let gravity do the work without having to be an expert.
At Mount Snow Golf Club we are committed to providing you with the best overall golf experience possible starting the moment you pull into bag drop to the last sip of your favorite post-round beverage and the tees, greens and fairways in between. Located in southern Vermont, we are easily accessible from anywhere in New England and the beautiful setting amidst the Green Mountains will make you feel like you're far away from everything. Designed by renowned golf course architect Geoffrey Cornish, the length and mountainous undulations of the course provide a unique challenge but you will find forgiveness in the wide fairways and expansive greens.
