Our 15-week seasonal development program is designed for skiers and riders ages 6 through 18 who can ski/ride the majority of terrain at Mount Snow. We focus on developing sound skills and the technical aspects of snowboarding, all mountain skiing, and freestyle mogul skiing.
Participants are matched with a coach based on their area of interest and ability level. One coach oversees a group of kids whose skills and abilities complement each other. This coach works with them on a weekly basis, helping them to become proficient in the use of Mount Snow's terrain features and encouraging the development of their skills.
The Development Program provides the personalized attention of working with the same coach each session (in instances when the coach cannot make a weekend we have substitute coaches to fill in) and the group confidence of learning with familiar faces. The program is also an environment in which the participants are able to have fun and form lasting friendships.
First Day: Saturday, December 9, 2017
Last Day: Sunday, March 18, 2018
In addition to running every weekend, the program will operate on the following weekdays:
December 27, 28, 29, 2017
Program operates from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
