While Oktoberfest is traditionally a beer festival, we’ll have several wine options and some great cider and mead producers on hand as well. Cider is a great choice for those looking for some gluten-free refreshment!

Is there food available during Oktoberfest?
Absolutely. We will have a variety of food options inside the venue for you to enjoy as well as at the summit.

Will Oberlaendler Hofbrau Band be there again?
It wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without them!

Can I bring my dog?
Nope. Unfortunately, a few bad dog owners spoiled it for the rest of us a few years back and now Mount Snow is a dog-free resort.

Can I bring a chair?
Sure thing.

Can I bring some yard games?
Absolutely, but just know that space can be a bit limited, so please be considerate of others as to where you set up. Also, please leave the lawn darts at home!

I brought a pop-up tent. Can I set it up in the festival area?
You sure can.  Just make sure to secure your tent to the ground using sandbags.  PLEASE DO NOT stake your tent into the ground; there are many wires buried in the base area that you do not want to disturb.  Sandbags will be made available to guests with pop-up tents.  Check out a map of the area to find out where you can pick some up! (maps available upon entry).

Is there a shuttle service at Mount Snow?
Yes!  The MOOver is a FREE shuttle service that provides rides around the Mount Snow Valley.  Visit moover.com or pick up a schedule in the Main Base Lodge to view routes.

Is Mount Snow Bike Park open?
Yup, and it’s buy one, get one free, this weekend for rentals and bike park lift tickets! The bike park and Canyon Express lift are open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Stop by Mount Snow Sports at the Grand for more information, rental bikes, maps, etc…

What is the Gulp and Gallop 5k Beer Run and how do I sign up?
The Gulp and Gallop 5k is essentially a beer mile, but stretched out to 5k. Gulp and gallopers make four laps starting and returning in the base area. Each time participants complete a lap they have their choice of water or a cup of beer to drink before heading back out onto the course. This fun run is for the 21+ crowd only (must bring valid government issued ID) and crazy outfits are highly encouraged. Sign up at  www.mountsnow.com/events/calendar/gulp-and-gallop-5k

What if I want to spend the night?
Call Central Reservations at 800-245-SNOW to inquire about lodging availability.  We have a wide range of options at the Grand Summit Hotel & Snow Lake Lodge including 1-bedroom studios, suites, and condos.  Based on availability.
