Mount Snow Minute #8: Lift Ticket Deals

Kicking off 2019 with fresh snowmaking and new deals!

2018 was a wonderful year for Mount Snow with our earliest opening in the resort's history, one of the snowiest Novembers on record, and a brand new base lodge in Carinthia. As good as 2018 was, we're looking forward to the new year and all the new snow it will bring!

Speaking of snow, our team fired up the guns once again yesterday afternoon to continue to resurface existing terrain and expand to new trails. One of the more exciting trails on that list is our double black diamond, Ripcord!

In addition to new snow, we have some new deals for college week. Students with a valid college ID will receive a lift ticket for just $33 each day of the college week. If you have a Drifter Pass, you're welcome to bring a friend for the same rate of $33 during these dedicated days. The first week runs from Jan 1-4, and another college week will follow January 7-11. Not only will you receive discounted lift tickets during these days, but lessons will be available for free!

For those a little too young for college discounts, we have our Youth Day this Sunday, January 6. This means all skiers and riders 17 & under will pay just $17 for a lift ticket. With what you save on the kids' lift tickets, you can treat them to a waffle with extra chocolate sauce…yum!

This weekend will also feature the BMW xDRIVE EXPERIENCE, where you can get behind the wheel of a 2019 BMW Sports Adventure vehicle to see how they perform in snowy conditions. Participants who take advantage will be eligible to receive a $1,000 incentive towards the purchase or lease of a new 2018 or 2019 BMW, valid through June 30, 2019. You can register on site or online in advance here.

At the Snow Barn this weekend, you'll see DJ BAY 6 spinning top 40 and dance mixes all night for a free show on Friday. For Saturday, The EDD with Swimmer will hit the stage and tickets are available online in advance for $10.

I hope your New Year's resolution was to hit the mountain more, because there's no time to start like the present. See you out there!
