Mount Snow Minute #4: A Trip to the Bootfitters
Wednesday, December 5, 2018
As someone who's spent the better part of three decades now in ski boots. I for years just assumed that ski boots were meant to hurt and that the pain meant that they fit right. It was only after my visit to a true bootfitter that I realized the joy of boots that correctly fit my feet. No longer did I spend my days praying for the moment I could free myself from these plastic prisons. Instead, I found boots that fit so well I could even wear them right up through après and into the night if needed.
Now I know my story resonates with many of you who have seen the light over the years, and have gone to see Nick and the guys down at Mount Snow Bootworks , but for those of you holdouts out there, it's time you make the switch. Kelsey was one of those who hadn’t yet experienced the magic of properly fit boots, so this week she went by and experienced the full treatment, from a proper bootfitting to custom footbeds, and what a difference it has made.
With the holidays coming up, now is the perfect time to swing into Mount Snow Bootworks, or any of our five Mount Snow Sports locations and stock up on presents and stocking stuffers, while taking advantage of the discount you receive with your Peak Pass. Can't find the right gift, we have plenty of gift cards, including certificates for custom footbeds that are perfect to tuck into a card or stick in a stocking. While you're there, don't forget to get yourself a little something as well!
Speaking of treating yourself, don’t miss out on $12 lift tickets for Founders Day on December 14 th . Remember though, these tickets are only available online and are limited in quantity, so be sure to buy early and lock them in.
See you out there!
