Mount Snow Minute #22: Closing Weekend & Blooper Reel
Wednesday, April 10, 2019
Our season of spring skiing has been incredible so far and we’re excited to get out on the hill for another weekend! Mother Nature gave us some typical-Vermont-spring weather this week, but trails that saw a lot of snowmaking this winter are still rocking a very solid snowpack. We'll be returning to the hill on Friday with hero snow and spring temps expected!
We’re disappointed to see the season end, but our last day will officially be this Sunday, April 14. We've had some unforgettable days on snow starting with the earliest opening in Mount Snow's history, and you won't want to miss out on the last weekend. We'll have a scavenger hunt on Saturday with Monster Energy and Smith swag hidden on the mountain. That will be followed by a Golden Egg Hunt for our last day on Sunday, where the winner will receive a 2019-20 Peak Pass! Clues will be given out on our social media channels, so keep an eye out for that.
In the meantime, if you are planning on joining us this weekend, now is a great time to pick up your 2019-20 Peak Pass. You can use it this weekend, as well as receive summer benefits during the next couple months. In addition, prices increase after April 30, so you’ll want to get yours today.
And you don't have to pack the skis and boards away just yet! Our sister resort, Wildcat, will be open for skiing and riding in the weeks ahead, so take advantage of that Peak Pass and see what great terrain the White Mountains have to offer.
If you’re looking to get the most bang for your buck, we do have 2019-20 seasonal programs on sale now with a price increase after April 30. This includes items such as preferred parking and seasonal lockers, as well as all our 2019-20 Training Center and Ski School Programs. Get ready for next winter and save money at the same time.
Well, that’s all I have for you this week. See you Friday for more spring turns and our final weekend of the 2018-19 season!
