Kudos to the Mount Snow Team
Wednesday, April 12, 2017
It is that time of year when we are making our final turns on the mountain. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every person who skiied and snowboarded with us this season. You make it great! I am especially thankful for all of our supportive season passholders. You are a dedicated group that are here in all sorts of weather, always game to get out there and ski every bit of open terrain (couldn't be more true than today!)
When it comes to our staff and volunteers, there are lots of sad goodbyes, combined with excitement for what is next, like a possible vacation or the thought of "sleeping in." I have enjoyed working at Mount Snow for 30+ years, the number one reason being the staff I work with. Hard working, dedicated and a whole lot of fun. Here are some photos of the year.
I will leave you with these photos, all taken on Easter Sunday, our last day. Sometimes you ask whether we can stay open a little longer. I think everyone will agree that this year we stretched it out as long as possible. Thank you to our grooming team, patrol, ambassadors, freestyle terrain team and lift staff. They did a whole lot of pushing, shoveling, ramp work, digging, resetting park features and all-around heavy lifting to get us through to today. Enjoy your summer and remember to keep those legs in shape.
A little before 1 pm Boo, from Rhode Island, found the golden egg on Choke. Congrats!!!
