Devo Program for the Holidays

Fresh powder last weekend gave us some of the best skiing so far this season while helping to expand the skiable acreage. With more natural and machine made snow in the forecast we expect to have an exceptional week for skiing over the holidays.

The Development Program will run on Saturday December 24, no program on Sunday December 25, and then on Monday December 26, thru Saturday December 31, no program on Sunday January 1,.

If you are new to the program, a coach will meet you at the age signs located slope side of the Cape House. We will take a few runs together so you can be placed in the appropriate letter group. Returning Development Team members should meet slope side of the Clock Tower Building at their previously assigned letter group.

Six consecutive days of skiing will be a great way to start the season. We will be working on a several different progressions along with on snow exercises designed to increase skiers skill levels. We also have our first event ( Park Day ) scheduled for December 29.  Development Program members interested jumping or riding boxes will receive some training on the basics directly from our competition freestyle coaches. Participants interested in more advanced maneuvers will have the opportunity to learn how to successfully execute aerial 360's.

All of our coaches and staff would like to wish everyone a happy holiday season.

We are looking forward to a fun week and upcoming ski season.
