Tough Mudder New England Returns to Mount Snow

Mount Snow, VT. – June 19, 2017 – For the seventh straight year Mount Snow welcomes back Tough Mudder, the leading active lifestyle brand and media company, to its Southern Vermont mountain resort on June 24-25, 2017. This annual destination is forecasted to bring over 8,000 participants from all over the United States and Canada for the unofficial kickoff of a summer full of events at Mount Snow. Tough Mudder New England, presented by Merrell, is the 10-12 mile obstacle course challenge packing in 20-25 signature obstacles, testing physical strength, mental grit and teamwork.

The Tough Mudder New England 2017 course will once again make use of Mount Snow’s varied and steep terrain, and will feature mud, ice-cold water, barbed wire, electric shocks and other obstacles, including old standbys like Electroshock Therapy and new challenges like Kong.

Tough Mudder New England, as this stop is known, has consistently received some of the highest reviews of any venue out of the 200+ events worldwide that Tough Mudder has put on.

In what has become a tradition over the years, the local community will be out in force to greet the thousands of Tough Mudder participants and spectators with enthusiasm and support as they arrive into town, with many local businesses donning the trademark orange and black banners and Tough Mudder welcome signs.
