Mount Snow, VT. – May 9, 2017 – The staff at the Mount Snow Golf Club are proud to announce summer golfing operations for the 2017 season will begin this Saturday, May 13, 2017, with special spring rates available through May 30th.

Designed by renowned golf course architect Geoffrey Cornish, the length and mountainous undulations of the course at Mount Snow provide unique challenges favored by local members and visitors alike, making this course a “must visit” for many who travel to the area to take in its scenic beauty while playing 18.

“We’re all eager to get back out on the course after our winter hiatus,” said Erik Barnes, director of golf and resort operations at Mount Snow. “The crew has put in a phenomenal effort getting the course up and ready to play after the winter, including spring bunker renovation projects that will be a welcomed addition to both visitors and members alike.”

Expecting pent-up demand after the winter, the Mount Snow Golf Club has been taking online reservations for tee times for several weeks now, with tee times booking up fast. Advance booking is always recommended for those looking to play, especially on weekends, which tend to be busy.

With the opening of the course, comes the opening of Fairways Restaurant. Offering great meals and frosty libations in a casual atmosphere, Fairways is perfect for celebrating a great round with friends, while enjoying the largest outdoor dining area in the valley.
