Camp Cuisine


Different from your usual camping meal of hot dogs and burgers, Mount Snow resort chefs expertly prepare diverse and fresh food every day (of course, if you want dogs and burgers we’re happy to accommodate). Breakfast and dinner are served family-style, so not only will you enjoy a gourmet meal with your family, but you can also make new friends with the other families in attendance. Lunch is often times offered to go since some activities you can enjoy during the day, like off-resort trips to the lake, will overlap lunchtime. Every meal is included. We’ll do the cooking; all you need to do is figure out whether or not you have room for dessert.

Family style meals prepared by Mount Snow's own resort chef: Tossed Greens with Dressings, Rolls with Butter, with a rotating menu of main dishes including items such as Baby Back Ribs, Chili-Lime Chicken, Roasted Broccoli, Mediterranean Braised Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Flank Steak, Italian Sausage, Chicken Tenders, BBQ Meatloaf and more. Every meal includes multiple sides, dessert, and a variety of drinks, such as Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea, & Lemonade.

We are happy to make any menu adjustments to conform with your dietary restrictions, allergies or the like. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary changes and keep your belly full with what your body wants.
