USASA Southern Vermont Series - Slopestyle

Friday January 25 - Sunday January 27

USASA Southern Vermont Series - Slopestyle

The Southern Vermont Snowboard and Freeski Series is one of the longest running USASA series in the country. It was created by Suzi Rueck in 1989 and at the time called The Green Mountain Series. From the early 2000’s Scott Palmer ran the series for 15 years until he passed the torch to Ross Powers and Paul Kelly for the 2016 season.

Snowboarding and freeskiing is not just about competing. The Southern Vermont Series promotes sportsmanship, camaraderie and pride.

Many of the top level snowboard and freeski athletes in the world have been a part of The Southern Vermont Series. We currently have the 2nd largest USASA Series in the country.

January 25-27 will feature seperate slopestyle events both days in Carinthia Parks (you must register for each day individually).  These competitions typically fill up, so please make sure you sign up online early in order to guarantee yourself a spot!
