At Mount Snow we are just like a big family. We care about each other and the company and it shows in our passion for our work. From those of us a that are here because we love winter sports, to those of us that are here because we have bills to pay, we truly value the camaraderie and friendships created here. Many positions here at Mount Snow have a minimum age requirement of 18 and all positions that require driving have a minimum age requirement of 21.

Watch: Patroller Skip Kost
"I don't consider this a job. It's a hobby. It's fun."
For Skip Kost, leaving his office in Connecticut to drive north to the mountains every weekend is part of the routine. He spends his weekends on the Mount Snow Ski Patrol helping others and giving back to the mountain community he fell in love with long ago. For Skip, patrolling isn’t a job, it’s a way to get outdoors and spend time with his mountain family.
