Early in the morning we have a base temperature of 15 degrees and a summit temperature of 9 degrees, these cool temperatures are expected to warm up through the day as we experience partly to mostly sunny weather. With sunshine, no more Dew Tour crowds, well groomed trails, and a bit of Mount Snow hospitality the mountain is the perfect place to be today.

The groomed trails are tremendous; the snow is fast and you can bite an edge into the snow really well. Not to mention we made snow on Long John, Ridge, and Snowdance last night so be sure to cruise down them today and experience the excellent terrain.

We’re 80% with 393 acres of skiable terrain. We have 10 lifts running across four mountain faces!

Carinthia currently has seven parks open with over 80 features. Inferno and the super-pipe aren’t open to the public, but they will be soon! Keep checking back in for more updates.

We are currently running a new lift schedule on Sunbrook. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday lift #14 Beartrap Double will run, and then on Tuesday and Thursday lift #19 Sunbrook Quad will spin. Note that on Tuesday s and Thursdays there will be a short hike out of Sunbrook to the Summit.

Tubing will be open this weekend, and next week under our special President’s Week Schedule. Friday will be open for two sessions, Saturday and Sunday (2/13 & 2/14) will be open for six sessions, Monday through Friday (2/15-2/19) tubing will be open for four sessions, Saturday 2/20 will be open for six and Sunday 2/21 will be open for three sessions. You can get session times, more information or sign up for tubing online, but it must be at least two days in advance. Tickets can also be purchased at any ticket out let (availability permitted)!

Don’t forget to check out our Mardi Gras/President’s week schedule where we have enough events to keep the whole family happy! The week is drenched in entertainment including the Final Torchlight Parade and Fireworks, The final Grommet Jam, Family Movie Nights, Live Animal Shows, Snow Sculpture Contests and much more. Trust me when I tell you to check all these out on our website and get them on your calendar!

Have a terrific Tuesday!
