Nick Cassis
Nick Cassis was the principal of Cue Realty of Bellmore for over 30 years. Cue was a very successful real estate company and Nick was part of many of the largest real estate deals on Long Island. These have included Garvies Point, Oceanside Cove, Anchorage at Freeport and The Wharfside at Freeport, to name a few. Nick is currently the president of TIBI Development Corporation and manages all aspects of the business from planning designs to marketing. He is also responsible for securing and overseeing all financing. Mr. Cassis is currently a member of LIBI (Long Island Builders Institute). He and his wife of over 41 years reside in Nassau County.

Bill Cohn
is currently a practicing partner of the firm Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino & Cohn, LLP. Graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 1953, Bill has been a practicing attorney for over forty years, focusing mostly on a wide variety of real estate related matters, including land use and zoning. His experience in land use and zoning is well known on Long Island and he has lectured on the subject for the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Real Estate practitioners institute at C.W. Post College. Mr. Cohn is a member of the Planning of the Village of North Hills. He was a founding partner of Cohn, Rosenthal & Avrutine based in Baldwin. Mr. Cohn was honored as “Man of the Year” and is a past President and Director for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County where he currently serves as Chairman. Bill is a member of the New York State Bar and the Nassau county Bar Associations. He resides in Nassau County with his family.

Rob Antonucci – President of Construction
Rob Antonucci has been with TIBI Development Corporation since the early 1990’s. Prior to then, he was the project manager for Beacon Construction of Boston, one of the 10 largest owner/developers in the country. Since moving to Long Island, he has been involved in construction as the project manager for numerous ventures including Oceanside Cover, Baldwin Estates, Broadhollow Estates of Brookville, Prat Oval Estates of Glen Cove, Stonington, The Ranches at Long Lake Estates, The Ranches at Mt. Sinai and the Marriott Hotel in Uniondale. Rob is currently a member of LIBI (Long Island Builders Institute). He has been married for 18 years and lives with his family in Nassau County.
