MSTC 12/17-18 Alpine weekend

With the last storm we have been able to open up a lot more terrain! Exciting stuff for this weekend.  The weather for the weekend looks like mixed precipitation Saturday and Sunday. Please bring a change of socks, gloves, and goggles if you have them.

Our focus on personal skill development this weekend will continue from last weekend:  keeping the skis on a low edge angle/feel and the ankles bend, skis and legs both steering under our stable upper body.  You have to make sure you are going slow to feel the change and then we will slowly increase speed.  This is going to give us a warm up routine to get ready for a day of training or on race day.
