Bruce Jacques

Bruce's career started in 1977. He played in several bands until going out on his own as a solo artist at age 19. Using the latest synthesizers and computers along with his guitar and live vocals he produces the sound of a four or five piece band. Bruce incorporates comedy spoofs on artists such as Devo, Guns and Roses, Britney Spears and many more. His repertoire is a mix of songs everyone knows by heart from the sixties to today's top hits. He also involves the audience with a six foot L.E.D. light board that displays the words for sing-a-longs.

Bruce's ability to connect with audiences of all ages, through all moods and in all types of settings, is something that comes only with years of experience. He also possesses the natural ability to make people feel comfortable - to make them laugh, sing, and dance. experience includes hundreds of private parties (including weddings and corporate parties all over the U.S.), colleges and nightclubs. Bruce has several long standing gigs - Mount Snow, VT for the last 15 years, The Tap in Fanieul Hall Marketplace, Boston, MA and The Pelham, Newport, RI, both for the last 10 years and at Mohegan Sun Resort in Uncasville, CT for the last three years. Bruce has also released two CD’s, which include 23 originals, recorded with some of New York and Boston's finest musicians.

Jonny B’s Two Man Band

From Rock to Reggae to Country and Hip–Hop, Jonny B’s Two Man Band is more than just a couple of misfits!! This two-piece party band from Storrs, CT will bring out a great mix of songs you know with maybe a few laughs. Don't be surprised to hear hits from the 80’s, rock classics, island grooves, and recent hits all in the same energized set!

Jonny B’s Two Man Band has been a party favorite for years at many vacation destinations including Block Island, Nantucket, Panama City FL, and Mount Snow!! We usually find Mr. Eric Sack jammin on the bass guitar and sharing on the vocals. A Manchester CT native who formerly performed with The Feed, Eric enjoys sleeping late, the Red Sox, and doing whatever his girlfriend asks of him. Jonny B is known for his one-man band, where he plays the drums with his feet while strumming guitar and belting out powerful notes. He formerly toured as saxophonist with Spookie Daly Pride, Adios Pantalones, and the legendary Motown group, the Temptations. Jonny B likes growing vegetables and studying for his Pharm Degree. The Two Man Band is currently sponsored by the Bud Light True Music Series and has won the distinction of “Best Happy Hour”and“Best Party Band” in recent Hartford Advocate Grand Band Slams.
