Join the Family! By the end of the season, many staff develop new friendships that last a lifetime. Many who leave the area come back to Mount Snow just to visit; some take up employment again because they felt like they were a part of the Mount Snow Family. There are also those who came just for a season and found themselves returning year after year. Some staff came to work for a season and before they realized it, they were moving here permanently.
