Camp Cuisine

This isn’t the kind of Camp where each meal consists of hot dogs and burgers (of course, if you want dogs and burgers we’re happy to accommodate). Mount Snow resort chefs expertly prepare your food fresh every day. Breakfast and dinner are served family-style, so not only will you enjoy a gourmet meal with your family, but you can also make new friends with the other families in attendance. Lunch is often times offered to go since some activities you can enjoy during the day, like off-resort trips to the lake, will overlap lunchtime. Every meal is included. We’ll do the cooking; all you need to do is figure out whether or not you have room for dessert. 

Chef Spotlight

Our Resort Executive Chef, Michael Giorgio, has studied the culinary arts around the globe. His formal education was earned at Johnson and Wales University and he has been with us at Mount Snow for the last five years. Chef Mike has instilled a food culture here at the resort which focuses on utilizing the world renowned products Vermont is famous for in as many of the dishes we serve our guests as possible. Fresh, flavorful, and pleasing to the eye – that is what you can expect on your plate during your time at Family Camp.
